The Building 46 Postdoctoral Association (PDA) brings together fellows and associates from BCS, the McGovern Institute, and the Picower Institute. The PDA helps plan career related and social events, and also advocates for postdoctoral issues and benefits. If you would like to be involved in the PDA, please contact Gabe Stine at gstine@mit.edu.
The Association's advocacy, activities, and programs are managed by four committees:

The PDA can also help address issues that might arise. Please feel free to attend a committee meeting to raise any concerns you might have, or contact individual committee members who can answer your questions on how issues can be resolved.

The MIT Postdoctoral Association (MIT PDA) provides:
- Professional development and social events
- A mentoring program
- Advocacy
and many other services for postdocs.
The Writing and Communication Center allows postdocs to schedule appointments for free professional advice about all types of writing and speaking/oral presentations.
