The Building 46 Postdoctoral Association (PDA) brings together fellows and associates from BCS, the McGovern Institute, and the Picower Institute. The PDA helps plan career related and social events, and also advocates for postdoctoral issues and benefits. The Association's advocacy, activities, and programs are managed by four committees:

The MIT Postdoctoral Association (MIT PDA) provides:

• A mentoring program
• Advocacy

and many other services for postdocs.

The Writing and Communication Center allows postdocs to schedule appointments for free professional advice about all types of writing and speaking/oral presentations.
