    Talk title: Changing the course of ASD: effects of early interventions
    Abstract: This talk will bring together the 50 year history of autism intervention with the exciting recent surge of findings in approaches and results of interventions for the youngest children with ASD, those below 5.  Dr. Rogers will discuss how new scientific findings, public policy changes, and parent advocacy have shaped the current research efforts and resulted in the proliferation of approaches and studies that now being carried out, and the most recent findings and interventions that are involved, including her work on the Early Start Denver Model.
