Join us at the ODIN (Open Data In Neurophysiology) workshop for a day of demos and tutorials on BrainSTEM and DataJoint.

The ODIN June 2025 workshop is organized by the Open Data in Neuroscience Initiative at the McGovern Institute for Brain Research and DANDI.

The morning workshop will present BrainSTEM, a collaborative electronic lab notebook for experimental neuroscience, with follow-up hands-on tutorials.

The afternoon workshop will feature demonstrations and tutorials on implementing data workflows with DataJoint for data-intensive research with many resources, such as the MICrONS project. The workshop will also cover data publishing from pipelines to DANDI and EMBER data repositories.
